Easy DIY Bridal Shower Ideas from Pinterest

My life is about to hit a rare moment. My 2 sons are getting married…..both in 2013…..both are only 3 weeks apart! {While my baby graduates from high school right smack in the middle of the 2 weddings!}

Now, I love a party, but having two weddings and two showers has me looking around for some cute Bridal Shower ideas. And where did I head? To Pinterest, of course!

The first shower I hosted with my girls this past weekend {we host the second shower for the 2nd Bride in 4 weeks}

Before I started planning, I checked out Pinterest to get some ideas of things I wanted to implement in our shower. First, I saw this cute picture.

That was cute, alright, so I headed out to find ideas to do something similar. I found this cute heart-shaped grapevine wreath at Home Goods

I also saw painted mason jars with flowers on Pinterest, so I took wine bottles and spray painted them again with Rust-OLeum spray paint. {I used Aqua and Lemon Grass colors} I then got flowers from my local Dollar Tree and created these

I found many items on clearance at different stores, and I once again used Rust-OLeum Green Apple and changed boring items to items of wow, like this on a cake stand I found at Ross

    These are so pretty! I am definitely taking note of these ideas and incorporating them into my sister’s bridal shower. Hopefully they turn out as great as yours. Her’s is in June and I want to make sure everything is planned just right. She deserves it! I have to also start getting those Bridal Shower Invitations ready!
